Our fees and how you will be charged
We charge a flat 20% plus VAT on any money you get back from your bank per case
You don’t pay anything unless you’re successful in getting money back.
We don’t ask for payment until you get the money back.
One simple rate — no tiers, no hidden charges. You always keep 80% of your recovery (less VAT on our fee).

You will be charged 'per case'
A “case” is defined by the number of banks we need to contact and the number of different scams we are helping you with. We do not count a case as separate if we are contacting different banks about the same money (e.g. we have cases against the bank you sent the money from and the bank you sent the money to).
What is a 'successful' case?
A case is successful when your bank agrees to pay back money to you, when the Financial Ombudsman Service directs the bank to pay you, or when a debt taken out in your name by a fraudster is written off. Our fee only applies to money you actually receive or debt genuinely written off in your favour.
When is the fee payable?
The fee is payable once your bank has returned money to you or written off a debt taken by a fraudster. We invoice after the recovery is confirmed, and payment is due immediately upon you taking receipt of funds. You never pay anything upfront.
